Full Description
Our beautiful Golden Labrador Athena Rayne has produced 2 perfect F1 Labradoodle puppies! One Black Boy, one yellow boy. Rayne is extremely healthy and is the Daughter of family Labradors Boris & Lucy who have enjoyed excellent health throughout their entire lives & continue to be sound & energetic & only requiring routine veterinary visits (jabs etc) There hasn't a single insurance claim on a policy in the family for veterinary treatment, for public liability or any other insured peril. Puppies are sired by "Maplespring Dave" a Miniature Poodle, upon the recommendation by a friend who has used him after seeing her beautiful Puppies & hearing they have such lovely natures she kept one herself. See attached photos for his DNA Test Certificate showing him clear for all tested disorder mutations. Boris (Grandad) is a working bred Lab of 2 KC registered dogs in Bampton (Devon) and Lucy (Grandma) is of the Suffolk of the Southgreen Jefferson Breeding (photos & lineage on request) Boris has worked in the field on both driven & rough shoots, Lucy hasn't yet had to opportunity to work mainly due to Covid restrictions during her early life. However, Lucy is very willing & shows a real aptitude for work. Both retrieve on land & water & are very soft mouthed having been trained to retrieve with raw hens eggs. Many videos available on request. Athena is wonderful with our children, Horses, other dogs & always a delight to have around. Puppies will be extremely handled and socialised with children and dogs. Labradoodles are known for being kind, lazy & loving dogs which is completely true, but it should be remembered that they are bred of working breeds (both Poodles and Labs traditionally retrieved Ducks on water) & as such full of running. While you don't need to have your own land or have to give up full time work to raise them, you do certainly need to commit to one off lead good gallop daily plus a few toilet breaks. Failure to do this will lead to a malcontented & possibly destructive dog & neither of you will be happy. Please consider this when deciding to get a Labradoodle and please feel free to ask any questions. Labradoodles are often midsold as hypoallergenic & "non-shedding" which may well be the case, but they are 50% Labrador which is a shedding breed & as such this cannot be guaranteed. Please consider also any potential allergies prior to committing to a puppy. It's extremely unfair on the Puppy and the family to have a new pet which has to be rehomed after a family member has a reaction, not to mention a big money waster. Puppies will be microchipped, treated for parasites, and veterinary checked for heart murmurs, hernia, early eye checks, claw checks & a testes examination. It's a really good start to the relationship if a pup is chosen when they're very small & people are able to visit them again after before being taken back to their home. This is comforting to the little one as they know their family already when they leave their litter. We encourage as many subsequent social visits as logistically possible. Puppies will leave insured and with a "Puppy Pack" Pups are to go no younger than at 8 weeks for the benefit of their early socialisation, however if a holiday or work etc means we are to keep the pup for a little longer than the 8 weeks this is fine - we'd rather they were settled appropriately than have an inconsistent start. Any questions at all do get in touch.

Labradoodle
When it comes to cuddly crossbreeds, Labradoodles are oodles of fun. They’re often referred to as designer dogs, and that’s unfortunate. Perhaps they’re better referred to as crossbreeds since they’ve...
